Trenchless Pipe Lining in Arvada
Traditional sewer repair involved digging up landscape or flooring and paying thousands for the labor and even more to remediate the property after the repair was completed. With Sewer Solutions, our customers have another option, and destructive, expensive, and time-consuming sewer repair is a thing of the past thanks to trenchless pipe lining technology.
What Is Trenchless Pipe Lining?
Trenchless pipe lining is an environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and time-effective approach to sewer repair. Unlike traditional methods, trenchless repair relies on existing access points and requires little to no digging on your property. The professional performing the trenchless pipe lining job will access the sewer line through existing points in or around your home or will make just one or two small holes. The process will take less time than traditional methods and will require less labor.
How It Works
One of our expert team will use a state-of-the-art camera, inserted into your sewer line through an access point, to diagnose the issue. After discussing the client’s options, if trenchless pipe lining is the chosen method of repair, we will renew your pipe with an epoxy resin liner.
First, we will insert an epoxy resin into the pipe through the access point using high-pressure air to blow the resin into the correct area. A bladder is then inserted into the pipe and inflated with pressurized hot steam, causing the resin to mold and adhere to the shape of the existing pipe. Finally, the resin will harden, filling in any holes or cracks in the pipe. Your renewed pipes will be root-resistant and anti-corrosive and will run as smoothly as they did before. Renewed pipes last at least fifty years and are non-hazardous to the environment.
Why Trenchless Pipe Lining Is The Best Option
If trenchless lining is an option, it is likely the best one. Municipalities have been using trenchless lining for decades as a reliable way to repair sewer lines. It just recently became widely available to homeowners but has been a tested and trusted method of sewer repair for years. Additionally, trenchless lining can save you from unexpected costs, such as needing to dig to repair the sewer pipe on your property.
Sewer Solutions has been a leader in sewer repair in the Arvada area since we opened in 2009. Trenchless repair is one of the many services we offer our clients and may be right for you if it’s time to repair your sewer line.
When To Repair Your Sewer Line
Most property owners neglect to schedule regular maintenance of their sewer lines. Regular maintenance cuts down on destruction and cost because issues are diagnosed before they become noticeable problems; however, once the sewer line is in need of repair or replacement, the signs are evident. Slow-draining water in sinks, bathtubs, or toilets, low water pressure, and backflow are indicators of a sewer line issue. Leaking pipes, foul odors from drains, standing water in the yard, and flooding or water spots can also indicate that it’s time to call Sewer Solutions for an inspection.
